My very first skyline shots : The color shot just recently won first place in MPLS & St. Paul Magazine, I was also picked up by the police while taking this shot and was fined a $200 ticket for standing on the bridge! Oh, well! It was worth it! Anyway... To create this unique effect, I worked with some really slow shutter speeds. Not only was I able to slow the water down, I was able to capture the fast moving clouds. The B & W photo was my very first skyline shot, I was using a friends old Nikon loaded with B & W film....:) Both of these photos move me in a very special way....
